The Facilities and Services Survey is now online for this semester. This would be a different survey than the ones where you can evaluate your lecturers, as this allows you to evaluate the services and facilities of the College. You may access it by clicking on the below link:

We do not collect and associate log-in details with particular students or responses, as the log-in is only to limit the number of attempts per student. Please do not hesitate to approach the SAO if you have any concerns regarding the anonymity of this survey.
