EXAM TIMETABLE

Two to three drafts of the timetable will be displayed on the notice board of the Examinations Office before the final one.  Please check thoroughly your subjects and time slots.

Students are advised to REPORT TO THE OFFICE ANY CLASHES (3 subjects in one day or 2 subjects at the same session) in the timetables at the latest by the end of Week FIVE/EIGHT of the short/long semester.

Please collect a form (CLASHES FOR FINAL/RESIT EXAMS) from the Exams Office and fill up the blanks beneath subjects, section, date of exams and time slots.  The Exams Office will not entertain any report of subject clashes after this deadline.

The Exams Office will confirm the “clashes” and prepare a list of students to be quarantined.

All students are advised to check the examinations timetables prior to Week FIVE/EIGHT and it is very important to re-check the date, time slot, and venue of your subjects in the FINAL draft of the timetable.  Also check for other special notices regularly.

Course Assignments / Projects

All course assignments / projects will have to be completed on or before the scheduled dates as announced by the lecturer. Failure to do so will result in students being given a failing grade or no marks for the assignments / projects concerned.
