Dear Students,
INTI strives to be a student-centric institution that provides you with a conducive learning environment. In doing so, we aim to continuously optimise the quality of our teaching and services in order to bring you the best campus experience.
To improve our campus and the services it offers, we welcome any comments or feedback that you may have on areas such as academic management (i.e. course arrangements, teaching methods, learning management systems, progression information, etc.), student academic services (i.e. class timetable, examination schedules, transcripts, certificate, graduation ceremonies, etc.), student affairs (i.e. general student services, visa or renewal services, club and society arrangements, hostel management, student insurance, bursaries, scholarships, student loans, internships, employment, etc.), financial services (i.e. payments and refunds) etc.) and facility management (i.e. classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories, library, cafeteria, public area infrastructures, information technology, security, cleaning, etc.).

Besides you can also access the INTI Feedback Portal on the INTI Digital Hub at https://intihub.newinti.edu.my/ . The Unit will assist to escalate the matter and follow up with the relevant department.
